- Be referred by your GP or by any other health professional.
How Do I Make An Appointment?
Opening Hours are:
- Monday – Thursday 10.00 am – 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm (Excluding Bank Holidays)
- Friday 10.00 am – 4.00 pm

What happens next?
You will be offered a pre-counselling appointment which usually lasts between 20 and 30 minutes. This is not a counselling session but rather an opportunity to
- discuss any concerns or questions you may have
- assess your needs and discuss together whether counselling will be useful for you at this time
- discuss any fee you may be able to make for your counselling sessions.
If you agree that counselling could be helpful your name will be placed on our waiting list. You will be contacted as soon as we have a suitable counsellor.
How Much Does It Cost?
As we are an affordable, low-cost service, we ask you to pay a regular fee at each session bases on your means. This will be agreed with you at the pre-counselling appointment

How Long Does Counselling Last?
Each session will last 50 minutes. The duration of counselling will depend on your individual needs, which will be discussed between you and your counsellor.
Cancellation of Appointments
If you need to cancel a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Safety And Confidentiality
We acknowledge the importance of confidentiality and safety for every client. Your counsellor will explain the various safeguards in place to protect your privacy.
